Specification matters

U-value, lambda, board thickness, board orientation. A different product with the same label is not necessarily compliant.

Installation matters more

Compressed insulation does not perform. Gaps at edges undo most of the value. Continuity at junctions is where most heat loss happens.

Evidence

Datasheets and photos before plasterboard. A short video walking the room is often the easiest way to capture both.
